After visiting Turkey a few years ago, Marc and his wife Tania fell in love with the culture, the hospitality, and of course the incredible sweets. In 2026, they were excited to continue the tradition of this beloved New Jersey shop and share authentic Turkish treats with the local community.

Based in New Jersey, Paul plays an important role in supporting the store locally and helping daily operations run smoothly. As part of the ownership team, he’s proud to help continue the shop’s tradition while bringing authentic Turkish sweets to even more people in the community.

Omer is the friendly face customers see in the shop every day. From helping customers discover new favorites to making everyone feel welcome, he plays a big part in creating the warm and inviting atmosphere the store is known for.
